Mission 429!

I am so blessed to be hearing the stories today of how so many of you are asking God for boldness, and then responding when He gives it! Just today, I heard from one person who has prayed for FOUR people (or more) in the past 24 hours! On Sunday, I heard of at least two encounters when persons were led by the Holy Spirit to prophesy or pray over others at church. I've received text messages asking for prayer for specific people whom God has laid on our hearts. I've received a note from a recent High School Grad who is asking God for boldness to get "outside the box".

Awesome! I believe God is stirring and our hearts are beginning to respond.

NOW WHAT?

Now, we continue to pray for boldness, for opportunities, and for GOD to reveal HIMSELF to all those we pray for/with! Now we ask God for MORE boldness and for MORE words to speak. Now we ask God for prophetic insights as we're praying so that it is clearly evident that HE is the one who cares and HE is the one who gets the glory!

That's it, our final "rename" of our week of ministry July 23-29. After the service on Sunday, someone texted that name to me and I liked it. Let's go with MISSION 429 as our call to ministry during those days and all the days leading up to them. Let our prayer be the same as the prayer in Acts 4:29-30.

And now, Lord, take note of their threats, and grant that Your bond-servants may speak Your word with all confidence, while You extend Your hand to heal, and signs and wonders take place through the name of Your holy servant Jesus.”

Don't forget to pray EVERY DAY at 4:29. Let's pray believing that God is going to get all the glory and WE are going to become bolder and bolder for Him!

Blessings,

Pastor Kevin
